free shuttle bus great service useful gift shop
The hotel provided free shuttle bus transport to the park. This bus arrives very frequently. The cleaning team showed great service, they cleaned my room and refilled the water even after I said we did not need cleaning. The gift shop in the hotel is useful as it stocks all popular park souvenirs and never felt crowded.
The reception staffs often got interrupted by other requests while checking me in.

Magical Stay!
helpful staff hotel fragrance
I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and the helpful staff. They really made a difference. I saved a lot of time bypassing queues with resort entry to Disneyland. The hotel fragrance created a Disney mood as I walked in. It set the tone perfectly.
I found that the food options were lacking. Both restaurants seemed overpriced. I hoped for a convenience store with affordable drinks.

The free shuttle to Disneyland Park was quick and convenient. The hotel location is great, being only minutes away from the park's entrance. This proximity minimized travel time after long days.

The Ink and Plate restaurant had attentive staff. The Filipina servers were great. While slightly expensive, the Archivist bar offered a pleasant atmosphere. The buffet had a good selection of items.

Fantastic experience
water dispenser helpful staff guest slippers
The room had a in room water dispenser. The staff was very friendly and helpful plus attentive housekeeping was great. The bathroom and room were perfectly setup. I appreciated the guest slippers.
The food felt expensive. There was no many options to buy snacks.

The restaurant has a good selection of both food and drinks for you to choose. It has a lot of variety and the prices are moderate.

The free shuttle goes to the MTR and the park frequently. The hotel gift shop sells popular park souvenirs and is convenient. I appreciated it had a great location to go many different places

The front desk staff was friendly and willing to help with anything. The staff speaks english. The housekeeping lady was so willing to help she gave us extra coffee and slippers.

The outdoor pool was lovely and the lifeguards. The lobby and all parts of hotel was neat and clean. The double bed was good size it fit two of us easily.
